In-car AI robot development and manufacturing
Voice assistants and companion devices that live in a cabin. The cabin is the hard part: road noise, a 12 V rail that spikes, a dashboard that reaches 80 °C in summer, and a mount that must survive years of vibration without rattling.
Where people usually are when they call
You have only the requirement
No demo, no software, no drawing — just a clear idea of what it should do and who it is for. We take it from there: industrial design, mechanical, hardware, embedded, app and server. You define the product; we build all of it.
You sell into the aftermarket
Accessory channels, car audio shops, e-commerce. You need a unit that mounts in any car, powers from 12 V or USB, and certifies for your market.
You supply a fleet or an OEM
Then the bar moves: temperature and vibration qualification, EMC in a vehicle, and often a bus interface rather than a standalone gadget.
You have the software
Your assistant, your model, your app. We build the device around it — power, thermal, audio, mounting and certification.
What the cabin does to a design
Road noise
A cabin at speed sits around 65–75 dB. Wake word and speech recognition that work on a desk need a different microphone array, different beamforming and different tuning here — and the windows being open changes it again.
12 V is not 12 V
Automotive power sags at crank and spikes on load dump. A design that assumes a clean rail dies in the field, so protection and the regulator topology are chosen for the vehicle, not the bench.
Temperature range
A parked dashboard in summer can pass 80 °C; winter storage goes far below zero. Consumer-grade parts drift or stop there, so the part selection and the plastic both change.
Vibration and mounting
Years of vibration find every loose fit. Rattle is the complaint that generates returns, and it is designed out in the mount, the ribs and the fastener choice — not discovered at PVT.
Driver distraction
Anything on a dashboard that moves or lights up is regulated in some markets, and screens in the driver’s field of view are treated differently from voice. Worth settling before the industrial design is signed off.
Connectivity
Phone hotspot, built-in cellular, or both. Built-in means a module, an antenna that works inside a metal box, bands per market and carrier acceptance — a schedule driven by certification rather than tooling.
Standalone or integrated
Standalone aftermarket device
Powers from 12 V or USB, mounts on the dash or vent, talks to the phone or its own cellular module. No vehicle integration, so no OEM qualification programme.
Right when · Right for accessory channels and e-commerce, and much faster to market.
Vehicle-integrated
CAN or LIN into the vehicle, powered from the harness, qualified to the customer’s temperature and vibration plan. Longer programme, higher bar, and a different commercial structure.
Right when · Right when you are supplying a manufacturer or a fleet operator.
Questions we are asked
Can it work without a phone?
Yes, with a built-in cellular module — but that brings bands per market, an antenna designed to work inside a vehicle, and carrier acceptance, all of which drive the schedule. A phone hotspot version reaches market considerably faster.
Do you handle automotive certification?
We design toward the target and manage the lab work: CE, FCC, RoHS, and vibration and thermal cycling to the customer’s test plan. Full OEM qualification is a programme run with the vehicle manufacturer, and we will tell you plainly where the line sits for your project.
How is voice handled at highway speed?
With a microphone array chosen and placed for the cabin, beamforming tuned against recorded cabin noise, and echo cancellation that holds while the speaker is playing. It is tuning work against real recordings, not a setting.
Can you keep our assistant and model?
Yes. The device handles wake word, audio front end and connectivity; which assistant and model answer is yours to choose and yours to keep.
Will you sell the product yourselves?
No. We have no finished-goods retail channel and no brand of our own. Your market stays yours, with IP terms fixed in the contract and an NDA before any specification is exchanged.

A video of the demo, your target price and the markets you sell into is enough to start. An engineer answers within one business day.
