Audio algorithms + modular hardware · OTA
Audio & Speakers
From a Bluetooth speaker to a KTV all-in-one: audio algorithms, hardware stack-up and production tooling in one place, with an LLM voice assistant where the product calls for it.
The part that decides the project
The audio chain, and it is mostly not the driver.
Echo cancellation while the speaker is playing, latency low enough that a KTV vocal lands on the beat, and a tuning that survives being heard next to a competitor in a shop. Acoustics, DSP and enclosure have to be designed together — a good driver in the wrong box measures worse than a cheap one in the right box.
OTA
OTA is in every connected design
Firmware ships with a dual-partition layout and automatic fallback, so an interrupted update boots the previous image instead of bricking the unit. Updates go out in staged batches from the device cloud, with version reporting per unit. It is designed in at the first prototype, not added before launch.
What you need to decide before we can quote
- Whose tuning, and against which reference
- Whether a voice assistant is included, and which one
- Battery or mains — it changes the amplifier and the whole thermal design
