ODM / OEM services

From a brief to a branded product on the shelf

Every project is scoped and quoted individually. What follows is how we run one and what we commit to at each gate — the numbers come after we have seen your brief, not before.

Three ways to work with us

OEM — your design, our line

You bring a finished design. We handle DFM, tooling, the partner line and the test plan.

  • Fastest path if the design is proven
  • Manufacturability issues flagged before tooling
  • Test plan and export packing defined with you

ODM — our platform, your brand

We design the product around your market, and it ships under your brand.

  • Silicon chosen for your cost and certification constraints
  • Housing, app and packaging are yours
  • Schedule quoted against the brief

JDM — co-developed

A new product built together, with engineering committed on both sides.

  • Joint spec and roadmap
  • Category exclusivity negotiable
  • NRE and IP terms agreed upfront

The process, with the numbers

Durations depend entirely on the product — a BLE sensor and a registered medical device are not the same project. We commit to a schedule after the feasibility step, and we would rather quote a date we can hold than one that wins the enquiry.

  1. 01

    Brief & feasibility

Target market, price band, quantity, certifications. We return a platform recommendation, a cost envelope and the certification path.

  2. 02

    Quotation & agreement

BOM-level quotation, tooling cost, NRE and payment terms. NDA signed before any spec exchange.

  3. 03

    Sample & approval

A working sample from the platform. Rounds of feedback until you sign the golden sample.

  4. 04

    Tooling & certification

Tooling and certification run in parallel. EVT and DVT gates with reports at each.

  5. 05

    Pilot run (PVT)

Small-batch build on the production line to shake out assembly and test coverage.

  6. 06

    Mass production

100% functional test, drop and ageing, packing to your export spec, and shipping documents.

Send us the brief.

Target market, quantity, certifications and price band is enough to start. You will get an engineer’s answer, not a brochure.
