A hardware team that also writes the software
The hardware is the part that is hard to buy: schematic, PCB layout, structure, tooling, and the silicon judgement behind them. The apps, mini programs and server are built by the same team — not because software is the differentiator, but because splitting it across two vendors is what makes connected products late.
Silicon we design on
Four compute tiers, domestic and overseas vendors, with FAE support direct from the chip makers. Selection follows your cost, supply and certification constraints — we are not defending one architecture.

These disciplines are ours. Where we depend on partners — assembly, certification labs — we say so.
Silicon selection
NPU-equipped Linux SoCs, WiFi and Bluetooth SoCs, MCUs and display drivers — domestic and overseas parts, with FAE support direct from the vendor rather than a distributor in between.
Hardware & structure
Schematic design, PCB layout, ID and MD, tooling. DFM review before a mould is cut, so surprises land in CAD rather than in steel.
Firmware
Low-power embedded firmware across BLE, LTE Cat-1/M1, WiFi and Zigbee stacks. OTA infrastructure included.
Algorithms
PPG heart rate and SpO2, motion classification, far-field audio front-end, and on-device vision models quantised for embedded NPUs.
Apps & mini programs
iOS and Android, plus WeChat and Alipay mini programs — which matter more than an app in China, where nobody downloads one to try a device. White-label, or an SDK for your existing app.
Server & cloud platform
Device provisioning, MQTT and message pipeline, OTA campaigns, user and permission model, and the admin console your support team actually uses. Deployed to your cloud account or ours, with data residency by region.
Test engineering
Functional test fixtures designed per product, plus the drop, ageing and IP verification plan the partner line runs against.
Compliance planning
We map the route — CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, BQB, EN 71 — pick the lab and schedule it alongside tooling. Testing is done by accredited labs, not by us.
Production
We do not own an assembly line. Production runs at partner factories we qualify, under our engineering supervision and our test plan — and we will name the line and arrange the audit before you place an order.
